Fadi is a global business development professional with concrete technical and business background with 20 years of multinational experience. He is portrayed as entrepreneurial and innovative character with high performance leadership skills in a cross-culture global environment.

Fadi is the founder and the CEO of Philopateer Sàrl. A global renowned consulting firm serving the banknote and high security printing industry with special attention to central banks, high security printing houses and issuing authorities. Under his leadership, the company has provided consultancy services to several important projects; the most important is the mega project of the new banknote printing house in Egypt.

Previously he worked for multinational automotive companies such as Chrysler and Mercedes-Benz. In the banknote industry, he worked for 10 years at KBA Banknote Solutions, where he was responsible for the global business development for multi-million-euro national projects.

Mr Saadallah is honoured to have broad network and solid contacts with several nations’ governments, central banks, ministries and politicians. Fadi has a long academic path, he holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Engineering, MBA with double major in strategic management and strategic marketing in addition to senior executive courses from IMD. He is a Swiss/Egyptian citizen and masters fluently English, French and Arabic in addition to notions in Spanish and German.

Lahcen is a senior management key figure in the banknote and security document industry with more than 30 years experience. Lahcen served in his last capacity as the managing director of Dar As Sikkah, Bank Al Maghreb until end of 2014

Lahcen is an expert in Acquisition, installation and commissioning of a full new banknote printing line comprising several printing machines along with the installation of the equipment for banknote design, origination and plate making. Also, the acquisition, installation and commissioning of quality control systems and equipment.

He has also delivered two major projects of issuing the 2011 banknote series as well as the new Moroccan epassport. Lahcen is a Moroccan citizen and masters fluently 3 languages: English, French and Arabic

Matthias is an experienced Engineer and Project Manager with 20 years proven track record and major achievements in the currency printing industry. In his assignment as a Senior Product Manager at KBANotaSys, Matthias was the lead of major developments in a wide area of special machinery for security features application and currency finishing solutions.

Matthias defines the product strategy and product definition as well as he manages the product development and validation process internally and with third party contractors. In his role as a Project Manager, he leads major investments project for the currency printing industry.

Matthias is a Swiss citizen with a master’s degree in engineering and has contractual level in German, French and English.

Dieter is an expert in engineering design and holds a PhD in the same field. In his previous position at KBA-NotaSys as International Design Coordination Manager, Dr Suttrop successfully lead a broad variety of innovation, product upgrade and cost reduction projects.

He started his professional career as a technical management consultant leading numerous restructuring and change-management projects in the German industry.Dieter is a strategically thinking entrepreneurial personality with a strong focus on implementation.

Dieter is a German citizen and masters fluently 3 languages: English, French and German

Nadim is a reputable international expert in the transformation of financial services, Nadim is a thought leader in digital banking and the trusted advisor for many organizations. For 20 years, Nadim assisted multinational financial institutions in Europe (BNP Paribas, Credit Suisse, Credit Agricole, AttijariWafa, Old Mutual, …) in transforming their activities from cash management to digital operations. For example, Nadim assisted a French banking leader in founding a pilot retail banking network of agile branches in Morocco destined to be deployed in its emerging markets. After working for top consulting firms (Oliver Wyman, Kurt Salmon, Deloitte Consulting) and steering transformation programs across 15 countries located in 3 continents. Nadim founded Stratexis to expand his impact and contribution to new clients in emerging markets to advise them during their investment decisions and to predict their financial. Nadim holds an Executive MBA from Insead and 2 Master’s degrees in Telecom Engineering and Finance. Nadim is a French/Egyptian citizen and masters fluently 4 languages: English, French, Arabic and Spanish
